It is with a heavy heart we regret to inform you of the cancellation of the inaugural Carols by the Barrels event scheduled for Sunday December 15 at Flying Brick Cider House.

The registration response was so massive (and in a very short space of time), we realised we could not hold the event and ensure safe, efficient traffic conditions and parking management. Similarly, the volume of registrations meant that the venue itself could not comfortably and safely host the number of anticipated patrons. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to get the required permits in place to host a large scale event at a bigger site.

We are now working towards hosting the event next year at a bigger site which can safely accommodate the volume of enthusiastic Carols by the Barrels participants. If you would like to recieve an update about next years event please fill in your details below.

THANK YOU

For your enthusiasm shown towards a concept we were all excited about - a festive, fun event which showcased up-and-coming musicians by embracing the concept of Christmas Carols with a funky edge.

Also for your understanding re. the cancellation. We hate to disappoint but your safety (and that of your families), is the absolute priority in this situation. Whilst devastated ourselves, we’re steadfast in - and proud of - our commitment to community wellbeing.

Wishing everyone a very Happy (and safe) Christmas!

Sincerely,

Carols by the Barrels Event Team at Flying Brick Cider Co
