Delight in a fabulous evening of decadent dining, fine wine and music at this dynamic, landmark venue of The Bellarine, Flying Brick Cider House. Highly acclaimed Head Chef Dylan Keegan and team will captivate the palate with an innovative menu of four courses designed to inspire and indulge.

 

Be greeted on arrival with a celebratory glass of rare 2011 vintage reserve Sparkling Blanc de Noir.  An entourage of canapes will usher in your evening.  The culinary hero of the night, Wagyu, will then be showcased in both Entrée and Main. With intense fat marbling and soft buttery texture, our highly prized Wagyu is guaranteed to deliver a new perspective on ‘melt in your mouth’.   Complete your palate’s journey with a cleansing (but equally decadent) dessert. 

 

Each course will be personally matched with the elite range of Yes said the Seal wines by revered Australian winemaker, Darren Burke.  Grown and crafted on The Bellarine, Yes said the Seal made an immediate national debut in the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion as a Five Star winery in 2014.  The boutique winery then stormed home with the Trophy for Best Pinot Noir in the inaugural Australian Pinot Noir Challenge in 2017.  The accolades continue.
